Minela's Message to You
The most important thing I want you to remember is that you already know how to give birth. You are endowed with the strength, physiological mechanisms and instincts that are necessary for the whole process of pregnancy and childbirth. But in order to have an empowering and phenomenal birth experience, there are two conditions. The first is to be aware of your abilities, and the second is to make the most of them. For yourself, for your baby, for the rest of your familiy, and for your future together.
