Assalamualaykum! I'm Anisah Abdullah, mother of four, NLP trained antenatal educator, doula, breastfeeding counsellor, trainee-naturopath and founder of Inherent Birth. Supporting and educating women about the physiology of pregnancy and birth is my passion. I'm also interested in holistic health and healing and I’m currently training as a nutritional advisor and naturopath.
At Inherent Birth I provide antenatal and doula services, primarily for Muslim women, who wish to have gentle, healing, pregnancies and births. Alhamdulillah I also created the first pregnancy colouring and Affirmation Book for Muslim women.
I'm a firm believer in the mind body connection and so took NLP training to best support my clients wishing to remove negative mindset blocks from their antenatal experience.
