Assalamu alaikum. I am Ayesha, a mother of two and a passionate advocate for natural birth. I have grown up in Dhaka, Bangladesh and have completed my Masters in English literature from the University of Dhaka with a passion for teaching. Since my first birth I've become committed to educating women on normal physiologic birth and have motivated and sometimes doula-ed some of my friends and relatives before embarking on my journey with AMANI. I truly believe that giving birth should be your greatest achievement and not your greatest fear! In the context of Bangladesh, I believe that there is a lot childbirth education can do by educating and empowering the strong and wonderful ladies we have. I've met pregnant mothers who are eager to learn about pregnancy, birth and childcare to have an empowering birth experience and after attending classes they have realized the difference. And so, I have a deep passion in wanting to empower women to have a healthy pregnancy, maximize their ability to have a positive birth experience and healed postpartum recovery. I wish you experience it the same way and feel ever empowered from your birth experience. My services include Antenatal classes - private/group sessions at typically my home or your home. I also offer virtual doula services to mothers globally from a Bangladeshi organisation "Mother and Childcare Bd", the website is available now and also in-person services where applicable.
