I like to empower women adopting a holistic Islamic integrated approach to a gentle, undisturbed natural pregnancy, birth and postpartum. Using the purity and excellence of Maryam/Mary (AS) as a reference , returning to the beautiful example of how she nourished spiritually, physically and mentally for the blessing that was in her womb!
