Assalaamu Alaikum! I'm Dr. Maryam Ehsan from Mumbai India and I have settled in Riyadh with my husband and a beautiful 4 month old baby boy. I am a passionate Homeopath and someone who always believed that women are created for childbirth and their bodies are perfectly capable of it and therefore birth should be natural. After observing a spike in cesarean section and the consequences s of it, I wanted to do something for the sisters who are not aware much about natural birthing process and its preparation starts as soon as you become pregnant. After taking the AMANI Childbirth Educator Course, my desire to do something to aid in a woman's ability to give birth as she should has become stronger. With the help of Allah and support of my mother, I gave birth to my baby naturally, unmedicated; the birth I wished for Alhamdulillah! All happened because I took all the knowledge, prepared for it, trusted my body and trusted Allah. After which I believed every women, when seeking proper knowledge and preparing for their big event and trusting their body to birth their baby, will pretty much achieve the birth they want.
