Nina is a certified doula and childbirth educator with with 15 years of prenatal and postnatal fitness education. She has been working with pregnant and postpartum women since 2004 and her passion is supporting women from conception through the postpartum years and beyond, as well as sharing women's wellness informational and educational classes.
