Hey, mama!
Becoming a new mom is a whirlwind of emotions, sleepless nights, and endless joy. But amidst all the love and excitement, it's easy to forget one crucial thing: taking care of YOU.
Why Self-Care Matters?
"You can't pour from an empty cup."
Caring for a tiny human is exhausting. Physical recovery from childbirth, breastfeeding, and constant wake-ups can leave you drained. Add emotional stress, and you're running on fumes. Self-care helps recharge your batteries, ensuring you can show up fully for your baby.

Such a beautiful reminder!
Loved it thank you for the very imporyant detalis
Great reminder. Many traditional cultures had postpartum practices that cared for the new mother. Special warm foods and drinks as well as postpartum massage sometimes daily, herbal baths, and belly wrapping. Having that support also helps mom to take some time even if it’s a few moments while having someone that to tend to baby.
Amazing tips😍
Self-care is a necessity، 🤍👏🏻
Self care should be top priority for new mom’s! 💝
“Self care isn’t selfish, it’s essential” – important words. With the culture of ‘bouncing back’ on track…

Love love love love it!
Should be every mom’s priority !
It seems so easy but it is so hard. The best is to Start right away, not to wait before your baby become older. Because now you’ll wait till it become one year, then you wait till He or she get used on day are, then you wait till second one is Born….. Now, Start now with little steps. To stay healthy.
It sounds easier said than done, and easy to forget, but once moms prioritise it and make it part of their routine it’s easier to do and makes the world of a difference!💙
Lovely advice for new moms. I think one of the best rules as soon as baby is born if the 5-5-5 rule.
This is a lovely piece of advice for new moms. I have found one of the best rules for mommas right after giving birth is the 5-5-5 rule.

Thank you for addressing this topic. Self-care is so underrated! Optimal self-care should be mandatory as it has so many benefits for both long and short term.
